In the sentence "The purge pressure must be of a magnitude (greater than Pcc) to prevent backflow through nozzles and prevent cross-talk between fuel nozzles and combustion chambers."

what does the "PCC" mean?

and what does the "CROSS-TALK" mean?

Pcc - Pressure-Combustion Chamber (the pressure inside the combustion liner

Cross-talk - flow between combustors through piping that is not being used to provide fuel or air to the combustor
