Hello,

First of all, I need a clarification about the difference between min governor and max. governor in the steam turbine control system. while I was following a steam turbine start up curve, it shows that the running mode of the turbine to be in between min and max governor in which I know later that is assigned by the turbine manufacture.

So what this two expressions stands for?

My "guess" would its just like a clamp in toolbox. if we go above set point 1 logic bit might select a different mode of control vice versa
