You can request WinCC demo CD from Siemens website.
This CD contain WinCC demo Software and project example

You can try these websites. Some of the downloads are free and some are charged. You can also call your local Siemens representative and he/she will provide a free demo that includes WinCC 6.0 on it but only for 32 tags. That is all you will need to run the demo.
