I never worked with HMI before... Where can I get all information I need to start from Scratch?

here’s one way to get started... for free... go to:

http://www.theautomationbookstore.com/public.html

and order 9398-VW32STCD... this is a free demo CD for RSView32... load the samples and play around with it for an hour or so... then go into the edit mode and take the samples apart... see what makes them tick... read the help files... do the tutorial... big hint: put your own sliders or numeric entry points on the graphics screens and manually change the tag variables... see how that affects the graphics and their animations... the demo runs for two hours and then shuts down... crank it up again and play some more... spend some time in the “Derived Tags” folder... learn how the VBA functions are used to animate the samples... experiment with macros... create your own graphics windows and set up navigation buttons to move from screen to screen... draw your own graphics and animate them using the same techiques that drive the samples... learn... learn... learn...

Probably the best place to start is right here in this forum. You can dig into the archives and probably find everything you need to know about HMI.

Another HMI package that you might want to consider is Citect. You can download the complete version free from their website at http://www.citect.com

It comes with a quickstart project that leads through the process of configuring a complete SCADA system.
