Where to find standard documents?

Hi All
Could anybody advise me please:
1 where to find standards for RS232 or RS485.
2 Also standards for like ISO95 or ISO 88
3 Where are normally RFCs documents for ethernet standards kept

I am not confident if there is one place of truth and reliable source for these standards?

Regards

RS-485
According to Wikipedia, the RS- was replace by EIA-, which has since been replaced by TIA-. So your search term has to be EIA-485 standard.

Standards are sold by vendors, usually as pdf or paper, your choice. You can buy the TIA-EIA-485 spec here:
https://standards.globalspec.com/std/1618377/tia-485

Sometimes, pdf versions are posted somewhere on the web if you want to spend enough time searching for it.

So while the actual standards are available for purchase, do you really need the original standard? There are dozens of sites that summarize the specs . . . .

RS-232
Same deal, now known as EIA-TIA-232
The older C revision is available on-line, here:

There is an ANSI/EIA/TIA E Revision from 1986, but you'll have to find it yourself

ISO-95
In the context of the rest of the post, I'm sure you mean ANSI/ISA-95, which I'm sure is available for purchase from ISA
ANSI/ISA-95.00.08-2020

ISA 88

You can find standards for RS232 or RS485 on websites like the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) or the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Similarly, ISO standards like ISO 95 or ISO 88 are available on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) website. RFC documents for ethernet standards are typically housed in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) repository, ensuring a reliable and comprehensive source for these standards.
