I have one simple wincc example project, in this project there are many internal tags. Many of the tags have value in "process value range" and "tag value range" and other tags have 0 value and they aren’t enabled. But when I create internal tag the process value range isn’t enabled. Could anyone please help me about this subject ?

 

The ranges you have mentioned are for scaling of the real process values. As far as I know, for internal tags you cannot (and does not need to)make scaling.
The sample project which lets scaling is an exception I think. Maybe the developers wanted to show scaling facility.
