We are using Wonderware InTouch integrated with AB Controllogix PLC for our Gas Compressors. Issue is that we have 3 Compressors. HMI shows correct vaues of 2 Compressors but for 1 Compressor it shoes false/bad values. Compressor is running but it shows that is OFF.

Does anyone experienced this problem and have resolution for this issue???

 

What does the control setup look like?

Is there one or three PLC's?

In the Wonderware comm driver is there one or three topics?

If this is a system that has been up and running with no changes start by looking at the PLC. Are you getting valid data in the PLC from the compressor. When it comes to troubleshooting divide and conquer.
