We operate extraction-condensing steam turbine that controlled by 505E. We get problem on speed sensor # 1 which can't read actual speed correctly as showed on figure bellow


As information,condition above, all terminals connection remove except power

Could anyone told me whats the problem actually and how to fix it ?

Is that speed sensor 1 or 2.as there is value displayed on speed input #1
Is that a MPU or Proximitor probe...

 

That is speed sensor 1. All speeed sensors use MPU. The problem is when terminal connection of all speed sensors from the field removed, speed input #1 read 3457,2 RPM, where it should be zero same as speed input #2...

 

Are the jumpers correctly configured as per OEM manual ?

When did the problem start ?
