I have the following question: How I could write data to RSLINX, becouse I can only see the data of the RSLINX in Excel and not write in RSLINX and PLC ...

you need to buy an activex control to insert into excel that supports sending data via opc back to a plc.

It explains it (or at least used to) in the RSLinx book (probably a PDF now on CD) and I heard it was on the web site also. They gave examples using excel and others.

You will need to write some vba code to use the dde server to send data to rslinx. try searching rockwell's knowledge base for articles on this topic.
