I need programming example for Quantum to Quantum write_reg command. I have used ladder to attempt a transfer of 5 registers from one Quantum to another using the Ethernet modules. I have used the book to fill in the parameters, but it does not work. Does somebody have an example of the ladder to use to have a 434-12A write 5 registers to another 434-12A, over ethernet??

 

Use the I/O Scanner of the Ethernet cards is the simplest. Modbus ports can be used with Peercop.
No ladder is needed for ether.

 

Why dont you try IO scanning... It's much simpler to use and can be set up within minutes.
