X96S Ronan Level Measurement

We have installed X96S Ronan radioactive controller for continuous level measurement.

I need help regarding the DET. Fault: 110. How to decode this fault.

Have you tried the obvious, a phone call to Ronan.

It may be as simple as a configuration error.

yes i have contacted them. they say its I/O card issue. they are sending me new I/O card.

regarding my observation: no red light blinks on card, only green light is on.

secondly on CPU card main green light is on while two small red and green light blinks.
