We recently setup an Yokogawa CS3000 Engineering HIS but are having problems downloading to Operator HIS. Keep getting "Database download error" on Operator HIS.

1. Have you set up the reference data base setting correctly while installing the s/w in ENGS?

2. Did you register the project name correctly as "current user" under project definition? Did you first down load the project common successfully?

3. Are you able to see the default project and your project folders under builder menu? Are you also able to open without any errors?

4. What is the error code and message?

5. How many ENGS and HIS are there in your configuration. What is the revision number of s/w?

6. Please check the IP settings both for V-net and Ethernet of the target HIS. Tried to do a self ping and see the n/w address are proper.

For e.g. V-net 172.16.1.64
Subnet mask:255.255.0.0
Ethernet: 172.17.1.64

or if it's V-NET/IP based system

Vnet1: 172.16.1.64
Subnet mask:255.255.0.0
Vnet2: 192.168.129.193
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
