I have installed CENTUM CS3000 on my system, I have the test function license. When the test function is in progress, if the PC is accidentally reseted, the test function will not work in next session and I have to reinstall CS3000 again. Any suggestion to recover the problem without reinstalling CS3000?

Use Ghost program to back up your program

 

Make sure the main CS3000 install directory is still shared as "CS1000". If not, test function startup will hang at the HIS splash screen while the system tries to talk to that share.

You might also try making engineering changes (add a Y to a seq table) outside of test function. I believe this will force the FCS simulator database to be rebuilt when you restart test function.

Please follow this procdure, I hope your problem will be solve.

please go to this path:

CONTROL PANEL/ADMINISTARTOR TOOLS/SERVICE TOOLS/ BK BOSS

In second option of BK BOSS, select your PC as local. Then start test function again.
