we using yokogawa magnetic flow meter for black liquor application. In that flow meter, flow indication shows less value compared to actual flow. if any various temperature compensation is possible in magnetic flow meter

First of all, how do you know what actual flow is? If you are calculating from pump curves, or doing anything other than weighing a known quantity of fluid, you probably are less accurate than the meter.

That said, black liquor is a somewhat problematic fluid for magmeters. Many vendors must use AC-field magmeters. Others cannot make the measurement at all. The fluid is usually heavily aerated, which causes errors, but the real problem appears to be the electrical activity of the liquor, which produces stray currents that affect the reading of many meters.

How far off is the meter from your "actual" flow?

Though I am not very much familiar with the black liquor application. but reading the threads takes my opinion towards Doppler Ultrasonic Flow Meter which is very good device to work on liquids carrying lots of air bubbles.

You can try that, its not an expensive solutions too.
