Can we chage the logic and download in the CCMx while PLC is in service. Online changes are recommanded in this PLC or not? This pProsafe (Not Prosafe RS)

You can.

However, the question is not about the capability of the PLC but that of the safety. It is generally a standard practice for the ESD logic to be changed
offline. If the logic is not critical control, then you can do it, without worries.
