I have my line wrap set to 60 characters. Something along the way is messing with it. I'll try setting my window width narrower and hard formatting.

I'll bet everyone else is using rtf or something else Microsoft in origin :^) They've probably got an inline munger built into Outlook that looks for Linux headers or mime ;^).
