Triconex DI-3503E modules channels are changing frequently from TRUE state to FALSE state and automatically recovering in few miliseconds.
It is continuously occurring.
The 3503E 24VDC/VAC input module has self testing. Are these real logic transitions that affect logic and cause trips? What do the card diagnostics and events show? In Tristation control panel, check your actual system scan time and what the free or spare system scan time is.
I have seen Tricons running too fast a scan time at 25 msec, leaving no spare time for diagnostics or system checks. Changing scan time, with a download change, to 50 msec fixed the problem.
