Mark VI VCMIH2B Card

We Have a problem with VCMIH2B card in processor "S". We tried to solve this problem by replacing the VCMIH2B card by the VCMIH2C card using a CD and procedure. But the problem continue, because appear a message in our software of MARK VI indicating IS200VCMIH2B and don't recognize the IS215VCMIH2C, which is we tried to install.

What we should do it for solve this?
