We have a PLC5-VME conversion project that includes two controllers it is used for a Crane control. We are looking to migrate the system to CompactLogix. Any expertise out there? Any recommendations on easy path.

There are migration tools available and if you didn’t want to do it yourself. There are integrators that have expertise including this one

While it is still a major undertaking with new IO etc, the end result can be had with minimal stress!!
