GE HPCi TCPCLT Module Problem with IP-Address

It's not possible to set IP-address on GE HPCi in TCPCLT module with P80i programming software. Parameter "rprt" (Long integer) cannot set to 3232236289 (192.168.3.1). "The entered value is invalid." If the number is smaller (<10 signs), then the number is entered to the module. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is with the conversion of the IP address to Long integer on this module?
