Can anybody please help? We lost the program on one of our CP5431 cp's a few days ago. The backups we have of the L2 network are rather suspicious. When we try to download the program to that CP, Sinec NCM gives us the message saying "Your network is not fully consistent! Do you want to continue?" The CP then goes into a "not synchronised" mode. (Both red and green led's on) How do I get the CP synchronised with the CPU?

Have you checked the OB21/OB22 for the SYNCHRON FB call. That is needed to synchronize the CP with the CPU.

Yes we have called the synchronization block FB249 in both OB21 and OB22
