<p>We have installed a UDC 2300 for controlling a Single I/P - 2 O/P system. The I/P is a 4-20 ma signal varying for a value between PV 1.00 to 2.00.

<p>Set Point is a value in the range of the I/P value (1.00 to 2.00).

<p>The O/Ps are 4-20 mA signals following the characteistics.

<p>When PV>SP o/p1 should be increased (4 - 20 mA signal in PID Control) while o/p2 should remain 4mA. <br>
When PV<SP o/p2 should be increased (4 - 20 mA signal in PID Control) while o/p1 should remain 4mA.

<p>We lost the initial configuration parameters in a reset. Based on the documentation we have fed in the parameters as follows.

<p>Could anybody who is familiar with this Controller confirm whether the settings are correct for the system or please suggest alternatives.

you cannot have a constant value for your second o/p. because as you can see it can be a retransmission of i/p1 or i/p2 or sp or pv or deviation or local sp or output.
since you have selected output as the aux output, you will be getting only the replication of first control o/p.
