I am using a SCP scailing block to take an input scaled min 4000 to input max. Scaled min is Zero and max is 5000 output is to N7:24.

Using a GEQ block Source A is a N7:24 register Source B is N12:6 set to pass power at 250. My problem is that the GEQ block passes power at 25 instead of 250. This has me scratching my head since this is setup using interger values. The PLC is a SLC 5/05. Any help would be appeciated.

 

First thing to try is stick a MOV 249 to N7:24 on the rung prior to your GEQ, the GEQ should not pass power, if it passes power then check your N12 setpoint is not being overwritten with a lower number. If the GEQ does not pass power your N7:24 value must be being overwritten with a value. Only other thing to check is that the item at the right of the GEQ rung is not being driven from somewhere else in your program.
