Accuracy better than %1

Mass flow:
Qmin 0.1 kg/h

We have different solution in the measurement of both LPG and natural gas as mass flow and volumetric flow. There is not any restriction in sizing a mass flowmeter by given data, however you have to inform the process conditions for volumetric measurement if your process is different by given. I am assuming the first query to be for a flow meter in which case you have a range of choices including mecahnical turbines, roots type positivie displacement or diaphragm types all of which are commonly used by the utilities. More recently there are fluidic style devices, variable area (for flow rate) and even some coriolis types.

Schlumberger is just one manufacturer to try, UGI i guess also. A well worded search will reveal a host of manufacturers of all these types who specialise in utility and industrial gas metering. You will probably come up with a few more technologies besides these.
