I am looking for device that will allow me to control my variable speed fans (VSD) from my PLC using a 4-20mA signal. The VSD output must vary in proportion to the 4-20mA signal.

The specs for the device are as follows:
Input: 230 VAC Signal Phase
Output: 230 VAC VSD 10A
Input Signal: 4-20mA

Just connect PLC output to VSD analog input. If your VSD only accepts 0-10V, use a 4-20mA/0-10 V converter. If your VSD does not have an analog input (such a VSD exists still?), nothing to do about it.
