I am looking for a solenoid driven lock for the fumigation chamber, which should be unlocked by energizing the solenoid. This is to prevent opening the door during power failure in middle of fumigation process. Can anybody help me out by telling me the brand name or the web site?

they have solenoid interlocks

 

Allen Bradley, Schmersal, Telemecanique, Omron all have safety interlock switches with integrated locking key. These are available with energize to release or energize to lock solenoids. The switch can only be actuated by a specially shapped actuator key attached to the door and cannot be cheated by a screwdrive or other such implement. The key is held captive until released, assuring that you cannot open the door.

 

Try with FESTO. Festo has such locks, and i have used one for door locking in a CNC machine.
