I need some help defining a SLC 500 fault code. It is S:6 I believe and when the fault occurs (unknown cause at this point) it comes up with the Error "A2H". I have poked around on ABs website and in the Logix help file to no avail. Any response would be helpful.

 

In the A-B SLC-500 Instruction Set Reference manaul there is a Fault code 0x00A2, if this is your code, it is a communications channel hardware fault. On SLC-5/05 it an Ethernet channel 1 fault. On a SLC-5/04 it is a DH+ channel 1 fault. The manual says, "Ethernet, DH+ and RS-232 communications will be disabled until a power cycle is performed."
