PanelView600 error 637

Hi,

I would like to know if someone of you has had the same problem. Without any apparent reason the PanelView sends the error code 637 "Communication driver failed, contact technical support". The PanelView 600 has Ethernet communication and it is Touchscreen. I would appreciate your help.

I have seen this error before. I think it happens if you boot the terminal and it has the same IP address as something already on the network.

Or it might be the error that happens if you are not on the network (i.e. hub not powered, cable not connected, etc.) when you boot the terminal.
