System Alarm on DCS

After power failure on plant DCS (TDC 3000 Honeywell) power switched to UPS (Backup). But Universal station No. 1 showed maintenance message:
8711 US 01 TEST SUSPECT OPR IO SUBSYSTEM

Please can someone help me to evaluate this message?
