How to get linearity error from actual output voltage/displacement

we make calibration for eddy current axial displacement. we get voltage/displacement

the tolerance
the maximum positive linearity error 1.50%
the maximum negative linearity error -1.50%

we have a calibration sheet from manufacture and the linearity diagram. my question is how get the ideal values from diagram to calculate the error?
