Using Wireless Frequency Meter to Control Brightness
Use Wireless Frequency meter to control the brightness in phase, flickering issues also

I am thinking to use the wireless frequency sensor for two case:

In first case I want to control the brightness of lights. But in second and most important one, I am trying use it as frequency limiter. So that whenever there will be issue in AC voltage phase, then it will not effect the lightning system. In this whole concept I am going to use Arduino with wireless frequency meter and current sensor as well as relay boards. Any leads on this kind of solution will be much helpful.

You'll need to specify, the voltage, frequency, type of lighting, power levels, wire lengths, safety requirements, and reliability requirements and allowable failure risk.
