LP Steam Generation Higher Than Design
LP steam generation is designed for 12 Ton/hr on base load while it increased to 32 Tons/hr on partial load operation.

HRSG LP steam is utilized in De-aerator for de-aeration of condensate from steam turbine. During base load operation of plant, LP steam is combined with HP extraction steam to meet the requirement for de-aeration of water. During partial load operation, HP steam generation is reduced which increases the LP steam generation and LP steam generation increases from designed 12 Ton/hr flow at 1 bar to 32 tons/hr flow at 2.2 bars.

Following are my question.

1. What will the affect of this overload condition on LP steam cycle?
2. What will be the affect of this load on Tubes?
