An SSR to Control AC Loadbank at 1kHz PWM

I've been tasked with repuposing a 33kVA loadbank (Y) for simulation purposes. I need to switch each phase of the loadbank at sub 5msec Ton, Toff. I can't find a suitable Crydom or schnieder SSR.

Can anyone suggest one?

(Alternatives are not pretty... using bridge rectifyer and 2 x DC DR22 100V DC SSR's)
