Creating Modbus/TCP Driver Template
Looking for a program to easily Audit/Edit/Create a .MBT (Levinton/Obvius) Template being submitted

I'm attempting to easily qualify various manufacturers Modbus drivers to an acceptable baseline. This has proved more difficult than anticipated due to the sheer number of inconsistent drivers/maps with varying levels of data.

I started with Notepad ++ but needed to convert the .MBT to XML. Some manufacturers are submitting in .CSV requiring me to convert and run a test.

Any direction on conversion & editing tools and processes is appreciated.
