i am operating a sliding pressure steam turbine. it is having two inlets one is hp@25 to 50 bar and the lp @4.5 bar. the turbine is provided with a protection of high lp blade temperature trip.
i want to know about sliding pressure turbine, is it having a impluse wheel as conventional turbine or not. and i want to know abt the lp blade temperture trip and windage protection trip which is measured before the inlet of lp stage.
