Fuel Valve LVDT feedback Voltage

We have Seimens 501FD gas turbines with Woodward fuel valves and WDPF westation DCS control. These valves are controlled by a QSR card. The Woodward fuel valve LVDT feedback voltage will have an intermitant increase (phantom voltage) causing the valve to close. I can touch one lead (the other is touching nothing) from a fluke meter to either positive or negative feedback termination and the voltage disappears.
