Dear Al

i need your help to explore the possible root cause of tripping of Siemens V94.2 gas turbine controlled through bailey infi-90 system make Ansaldo Energia

After tripping following alarms appeared on HMI
MBX41EZ010ZV02 MAUAL TRIP TRIP AL

MYB01EZ001YV02 TURB TRIP MEMORY TRIP AL

MBX41EZ010R01 MANUAL TRIP 1ST OUT 3.00 H3

CXX01EZ001XB01 MANUAL TRIP (PANEL)

Plz share your opinion what could be the reason except it has been triggered by operator.
