Hi All,
we recently upgraded to PHD Uniformance R300 with new servers (hardware). The performance in data retrieval is very slow, troubleshooting the issue by running data query in Uniformance R300 studio on the server directly seems PHD is not utilising the machine resources, barely 25% of CPU using only a single core at a time, memory use is also low. PHD multithreads but keeps CPU usage to a single core always. the server is a quad core dual xeon machine, DELL rack server.
Data download takes significant time, much more than it used to be with the old software/server. The new PHD Uniformance R300 uses SQL database, the old PHD was Oracle I believe
Seems its a configuration issue, any thoughts to speed things up?
