A rural township is expanding in terms of housing and big buildings which is causing the Electricity supply to run low in comparison to the demand. All the power transmission setting is still the same as before when that area was still regarded as a rural area with less than 500 people consuming power.
What can be done to increase the Power supply? and also if I wanted to prove that the Power is low and certain changes needs to be made to cater for the ever increasing demand of electricity, what kind of data will i use? and moreover, what will be the best computer program I would use to draw graphs and other things to prove my point?
