When we talk about transistors, one of the fundamental building blocks of any electronic system, its volume is 90 nanometers. When we look up a table of nano materials, it comes under the nanotechnology spectrum because of being in the 1-100 nm range.

Now my question is, what is the basic difference between Electronics, Microelectronics & Nanoelectronics? We use a lot of ASIC in instrument design where the micro and nano scales of electronic circuitry is used.
