I have some incremental encoders with differential line driver outputs that I need to interface to a PLC's high speed counter inputs that are single ended.
In the past, I have used the Dynapar PM28S "Dual Universal Input Amplifier". These, in a last few years, have gotten costly ($565 List).
I am looking for something more cost effective. It will need 2 channels (encoders are quadrature), be a able to handle frequencies up to 35khz, and the output can be 12-24VDC or open-collector.
