Enthalpy Limit - Steam Temp Ctrl

I was wondering if someone could help me out a bit here:

I have basic understanding of what Enthalpy is, but I am trying to understand how it is applied to Steam Temperature control (as a limit).

Example: Spray CV opens to control Steam Temp, unless it hits either the Saturation Limit or Enthalpy Limit.

If Enthalpy is defined as "Total Heat Contained In 1kg Of Steam", then why must this be limited?

Is it because when Spray Water is added, the temperature drops, but pressure stays the same, therefore you reach a limit where the Enthalpy is too low and you run the risk of condensing the steam? (If so, wouldn't Saturation Limit take care of this)?

Please help/correct me.
