Frame 9 power pompage (unstabilities)

we have a problem with frame 9 gas turbine generator drive (power instabilities) pompage between 60MWe right 80MWe.

What kind of combustion is on this unit? DLN1+ IBH & BQ valve? Does this only occur during mode changes from LL - PM SS? Only when loading the machine or unloading? What is ttrf1 when instabilities occur?

Need much more infos on this unstability if you need help, such as MVAR fluctuation as well, what about speed fluctuation (or not)?
Are you sure you are using a GE fanuc (as stated here below)with a frame9???? most probably a mark6
