I'm looking for non-contact, non-submersed, level indication exterior to tank. No tank penetrations allowed.

Water at 4500 PSI nominal
2000 Gallon Tank
10" tank wall thickness

Does anyone know if such a beast exists?

They do have ultrasonic level sensor which can be mounted on outside of the tank wall without penetrating, so high pressure no issue. The only thing you need to make sure of is suitability with wall thickness (10").
