modicon micro 110 cpu 612 04

i have a modicon micro 110 cpu 612 04. in this PLC analog input channels are not working. i have done maximum try to check all channels, but i don't get the analog input channel reading in PLC programming software. PLC PCB is looking OK. how can i rectify problem of the AI channels. is there any firmware/OS related issue?
