Network startup delay with Wincc 6.2

I am using a Windows XP SP2 based computer. Step7 5.4 sp3 and WinCC 6.2 is installed. When Windows is started the network connection is not activated for a while. For example, network connection connected indicator icon in the system tray appears after a while. Also WinCC RT and Autostart won't start to load the project until network connection is activated. Has anyone have a solution for this? Thanks...
