Hello, i am new to this forum and i am looking for some advice/help.

my goal is have a vacuum sensor output a value to a large screen and i am having a hard time understanding how to do it.

my sensor is a vacuum sensor which outputs a certain voltage range. from this voltage output i would like it to display a value (vacuum in BAR) on a screen. do i need a controller(Arduino) between the sensor and the screen inorder to display the proper value or are there screens already setup to accept certain types of sensors with certain types of values?

i may not be using the right terminology but i hope it is still understandable.

 

There are digital panel meters like: https://www.predig.com/products/product_category/digital-panel-meters-448 that accept process voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) and current (4-20 mA).
