Hi there,

I got an inquiry from a customer. About the flow velocity, he wrote: 70cfm/hr. . I understand that cfm means cubic feet per minute, but about 70cfm/hr, I don't understand. Please help.
By the way, about the pressure, what does wg means? because he wrote 9"wg.

Please help.

Thanks and Best Regards

Water gauge on the wg, but I think unless they are talking about a rate of change, the cfm/hr is a mistake. But, that would be a way of specifying a rate of change.

e.g. Some air flow increases by 10 cfm per hour. Could be written cfm/hr. 9"W.G. simply means 9 inches water column as it's reference to atmosphere.
