Hi all,

Regards,

Justin,

Take a look at 1 Red X, they're product EMX is 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant, (you'll need that for medical).

IndySoft will lure you in with demos that look great. However, only about half of their software works correctly and their support is the worst I have dealt with in 10 years in the industry. They are spread so thin it is close to impossible to believe they are even still in business.

"RT", since these forums are anonymous this makes it rather difficult for us to address whatever your problems may be directly. I can assure you first hand that IndySoft is most definitely not stretched too thin. I can surmise by the tone of the message that something has obviously not gone as expected for you. These matters are often easily rectified.

Please call IndySoft at 864 627-8858 M-F 8:30-5:30, and select the sales option, ask for the Director of Sales and I'll put you in touch with our internal project coordinator to voice your concerns and address your needs.

Actually, these forums are only anonymous if you want to be.

There are quite a few of us that post nonymously (grin).

If you really want a problem to be corrected, first don't post the problem here. Call your vendor. If you want to post an after-action-report here, that is more helpful than bitchslapping a vendor anonymously.

I mean, you could be IndySoft's best customer, worst customer, or their competitor, trolling. And nobody can tell.

If you post anonymously, and nobody takes you seriously, well, that's what you get.

We also have had years of frustration with this vendor‘s products and quite honestly wish we had never got involved with them. Trust us, we have tried for years to get the software products and support they sold us on initially, but it has never materialized. While we are not going to sit here and rant out a list of this companies shortcomings, we advise you to FULLY evaluate their products and search the web for other users feedback on their products.

This is an open invitation (again) to any IndySoft Corporation customer on this thread to contact IndySoft Corporation at 864 627-8858, selecting the sales option and connect with the Director of Sales & Marketing. If I, in 12+ years of working in this industry with the founders of the company (before there was even an IndySoft) cannot help, I will then ensure you are connected with those who can.

Because of IndySoft's commitment to customer privacy and security we cannot, and will not, address individual cases outside of our support channels. If you are willing to work with us to resolve your issues, again, please feel free to contact us.

I have used Indysoft GageInsite for a class 111 medical device company and it did everything I wanted.

Our calibration lab has been using 'Gage Insite CLE' for a few years now after migrating from Benchtop. I have been repeatedly disappointed with IndySoft's service and support during this time. They always promise one thing and delivery another. I have actually had their other customers get a hold of me and ask for my help in resolving their support issues because IndySoft isn't working with them properly even though they pay for priority support. There's not much I can tell them other than 'join the team'...

We are looking at Gage Insite to replace our internally written software for gauges and fixturing. We are in the aerospace industry. Any comments before signing on the dotted line??

[Indysoft has] a "Request A Sales Callback" link. I have called and emailed several times and have not received a response. When someone doesn't respond to a prospect (someone who might spend money), I always worry about support after they get my money. Are they still in business?

We have been using indysoft for 1 1/2 yrs. We still do not have it up and running. Software with no troubleshooting manual. Even MS has one. We look for answers to make reports and utilize all the aspects of software. We get no answers unless you pay for a minimum of 3 hr IT help. We do not have all we need and still stump. Too much money for little we can do for our customers.

Yes they are still in business, but good luck in getting the exact answer you want. Have tried with a familiar, (well you have to pay for their time at 3 hr intervals)
