Low Pressure Controllers

I hope someone here can point me in the right direction. I am looking for a PC run pressure controller suitable for use with saline water. The work I am doing requires cyclic increasing and decreasing of the pressure between 0 and 70mmHg at various rates of pressure increase.

I am also looking for another pressure controller to add to the system which can simulate a pulse by sharply fluctuating the pressure by approximately -5 to +5 mmHg at regular intervals.

Does anybody know where I could find a device or devices to do this?
